Step 1. Worksheet

Create empty worksheet with title and note.

Step 2. Entry fields

Define forms with fields for the data entry

Step 3. Data entry

Enter data using the defined entry form

Step 4. Review

Scroll down the list and check if the entered data looks Ok.

Step 5. Export

Export the data to email or Google Drive in CSV, RTF, or Text format.
